Shipping, Refunds, & Exchanges

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: All items are made-to-order. Our standard handling time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping Estimates: We ship via USPS to all 50 U.S. states, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
    • CONUS (Lower 48): 3–4 business days.
    • OCONUS (AK, HI, Territories): 5–6 business days.
  • Tracking: All purchases include tracking provided by USPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your label is created.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you require overnight or 1-day shipping, please contact us prior to checkout to arrange alternate methods.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • To process a replacement: Email contact@layersforlife.store with your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a photo of the packaging.
  • Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
  • Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper installation are not eligible for replacement.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges if you need a different size, color, or variation of the same product. This applies to both regular and sale items.

  • Request Window: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Replacement Shipping: Once we receive and inspect your return, Layers For Life will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping charge.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for exchanges.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our 3D-printed products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for monetary refunds. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery for exchange or replacement of defective goods. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a resolution.
