Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange or replacement.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds. All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To process a replacement, please email us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
Once the issue is verified, we will provide instructions and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Items that become damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper installation are not eligible for replacement.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges if you need a different size, color, or variation of the same product.
To request an exchange, please contact us at within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange conditions:
- The item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be returned in the original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item
Shipping
Processing time is 5-7 business days
Shipping estimate is 3-4 days CONUS and 5-6 days OCONUS. We ship to all 50 states.
We ship USPS unless an alternate shipping method is pre-arranged prior to checkout. If you need something shipped overnight or within 1 business day, please contact us. All purchases include tracking provided by USPS.
Shipping Exchanges
To exchange your product, please mail it to us.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
